Bargain Shopping : Red & White Polka-Dot Smocked Top
Here’s the last item from my bargain shopping 2 weekends ago. I found this red & white polka dot smocked tube top from CATO. On sale for $9.99. The picture makes it look too bright. Trust me, it’s not that bright :). I’d probably wear this with shorts and with jeans come early Fall. I love polka dots. :)

Ok I have a question-What do you do with those little clear plastic thingys that are always attached inside some of the tops?
I always snip them off-but do they serve a purpose? I mean, I suppose they are meant to keep the top on the hanger but…..well?

Dixie they are for hanging the tops up. I usually cut them off too cuz who wants one hanging out when ur on a date lol embarrassing!

yeah those plastic things are annoying. it’s what you use to hang the top so you don’t stretch the top actually. saves the structure somehow but annoying nonetheless
