Forever21 Ruffled Waist-Tie Babydoll Dress, Yay or Nay?

Is it just me or are there too many things going on with this Forever21 Ruffled Babydoll Dress? There’s the ruffles, which trust me I do like. then there’s the satin waist-tie which I also like. But not together. Just take the waist tie and leave it as ruffled dress or don’t do the ruffles and just do a waist tie babydoll dress. Know what I mean? Feminine details done separately and you’ll have a 2 pretty cute dresses :). What do you think? Yay or Nay?

I was on the brink of buying this online at one time from Forever 21, but I changed my mind. I’m afraid that the ruffles might not flatter my hips.

yep!!!!! and i bought that dress… in green its really pretty if you tie the bow on the side, or the back.
