MARC by Marc Jacobs Ruffled Dobby Top, Under $50
As soon as I saw this Ruffled Dobby Top by MARC by Marc Jacobs, I was in love. Ruffles are so feminine and I’m a sucker for feminine details. Add the “love” factor it’s sale price of $47 compare to it’s original price of $188. Yeah I know. Neiman Marcus rules :) . It only comes in size 10 though and only available in black color. So if you are in that size and in need of a black feminine blouse to wear with a skirt, or a trouser, get this ruffled dobby top by Marc Jacobs for under $50.
