Oh how I ♥ this Nine West Chenille Dot Pleated Empire Waist Dress. I love polka-dot prints, that’s why :). Plus it’s a shade of blue which is my favorite color. Check out the straps. like a ruffled detailed on ‘em. Such a pretty summer dress, don’t you think? I wouldn’t necessarily wear it with blue kitten heels like the model. I’d probably opt for silver or black stilettos for night time, then maybe an espadrille during the day. What do you think? Oh the price, I almost forgot. This Nine West Dress is on sale for $36.98.
