You know, I’ve been waiting and waiting and waiting for this Nine West Satin Ruffled Dress to go under it’s sale price of $70 but it hasn’t happened yet. I know, I’ve been doing a lot of waiting and watching for sales lately :). Aren’t the ruffled cap sleeves and neckline chic? It used to be $140 so really $70 is not bad at all. So before it completely disappear, I might as well let you in on it. It’s available in sizes 2 to 14. Yay.
