The Beauty Of Color by IMAN
The Beauty of Color by Iman is a gift from the hubs. He saw me working on my make-up breakdown post this weekend and the other day he came home from work and surprised me by handing this book. Isn’t he just the sweetest? He asked later that night if I like it coz he thought I’d be able use it for my blog. He’s romantic like that. He surprises me with things even though we’re not necessarily celebrating an occasion.
About the book, it’s quite informative. All sorts of tips for Women in color. How-To’s for different skin types, conditions, ages and looks. I’m enjoying it so far. Who knew there are so many types of brushes, hehe.

Nice husband. I’ve read this book before, it has nice big pictures which makes a nice coffee table book too. If you haven’t already, check out the makeup books by Kevyn Aucoin.

Would you say this book is good for beginners? Those of us who have limited makeup experience? I’m basically a mascara and lip gloss girl.

Oh God, what a good hubby you have got, and good tips too. This will be very much helpful for the beginners as they can get experience in makeup.
